I modeled up the building with reference to "A/D/O Space" located in Brooklyn. The renders you will see below are the empty states of the structure.

Tools: 3ds Max & Vray as a main visualization toolset. I use Wacom Intuos4 PTK-440 Graphic Tablet with Adobe PS for post-production. Nicponim Brush Set was also helpful.
